We are seeking a transactional associate. The firm’s real estate and corporate groups represent a variety of clients, from developers, to investors, to companies for which the firm provides outside general counsel services, across numerous industries. We deliver to our clients the quality and service of a large firm in an agile, responsive and efficient manner. Our approach to resolving issues is business-oriented and results driven. Each of our attorneys invests in and contributes to the community, and we are looking for like-minded candidates interested in establishing a sophisticated practice based in South Jersey. Our ideal associate has three to five years of experience in a large firm setting, with a demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex issues arising in connection with commercial real estate and other transactions, including to review and analyze survey and title documentation, negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements and other transactional documents, shepherd a deal through a closing, coordinate diligence and communicate clearly with clients, opposing counsel and other transactional players. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, creative, problem solver, licensed in New Jersey, with ties to South Jersey.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy commercial litigation practice. This position requires efficiency in electronic document management, strong organizational skills, a high proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and familiarity with LexisNexis, Electronic Court Filing and PACER. The ideal candidate will have a college degree. A certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred. Minimum two years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal required.
