Trust and Estates Paralegal

We are seeking a trusts and estates paralegal with at least two years of college and a certificate in  Paralegal Studies.  Minimum of three years experience as a trusts and estates paralegal (preferably in a law firm setting), is required.  Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and other firm staff members with all aspects of our estate planning and administration practice; must be familiar with probate and administration proceedings and procedures in New Jersey; have an in-depth understanding of federal estate and gift taxes and the New Jersey inheritance tax; and be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting and tax preparation software.  Excellent organizational, analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Legal Admin Assistant (Transactional Real Estate)

Sixteen-attorney law firm is seeking a Legal (Transactional Real Estate) Administrative Assistant with at least five years’ experience.  Responsibilities include preparation and editing/formatting of documents; assistance with closings and preparation of closing binders; working with document management systems and organizing and maintaining files and contacts.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a strong sense of time management, the ability to be a team player and be willing to learn new programs as needed.  The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, preferably 2019, (Office 365 a plus) with strong Word skills.  Candidate should have experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat or PDFdocs and creating and editing org charts using PowerPoint.
