Susan is our Firm Administrator. She is an experienced law firm manager with a passion for providing efficient and effective support. Her prior experience includes serving as the Philadelphia Office Manager of an Am Law 200 firm and Firm Administrator for a mid-sized Philadelphia-based law firm.

Susan has a proven track record of managing all aspects of office operations, including talent management, billing, strategic planning and marketing. She excels at creating systems and processes that improve workflow, optimize efficiency and develop staff and attorneys professionally. She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
Susan is currently pursuing her degree in business management, with an expected graduation in 2028. Susan enjoys spending time with her four children and nine grandchildren.
