Rachel S. Dichter, counsel, focuses her practice on transactional real estate and finance and real estate leasing.
Before joining Hyland Levin Shapiro, Rachel practiced law at an AmLaw 100 law firm in its New Jersey office. Prior to that she served as in-house counsel to a national shopping center owner/operator, where she advised on leasing and landlord-tenant issues. Rachel served as Assistant Counsel for a nonprofit area agency on aging where she helped protect the interests of elderly citizens and clerked for the Honorable J.E. Rafferty (deceased), Superior Court of New Jersey.
Rachel graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law – Camden (J.D 2010). While attending law school, she served as Nuremberg Editor, 2009-2010, Staff Member, 2008-2009 for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion. Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 1991 and an associate’s degree from the Culinary Institute of America in 1993. Rachel is a member of CREW, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and Louis D. Brandeis Law Society.
Rachel also serves on the Board of Trustees and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Volunteer UP Legal Clinic, and also services as Co-chair of the Fundraising Committee.
Rachel is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Rachel resides in Marlton. When she is not practicing law, Rachel enjoys cooking and traveling.
