Nimah Z. Bhura, an associate with the firm, concentrates her practice on business succession planning, estate planning and administration, corporate counseling and transactions, privacy law, and transactional real estate and finance.
Nimah initially joined the firm as a summer associate in 2024, and continued her role with the firm as an intern during her third year of law school. Before joining the firm, Nimah worked as a summer associate in the Princeton office of a national law firm, and as an intern for a law firm advocating for the rights of disabled clients.
Nimah earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania (2025), where she served as an Associate Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and Vice President of the Villanova Law Muslim Student Association. Nimah received her B.A. from Rutgers University – New Brunswick, New Jersey (2022) with a double major in Political Science and Economics.
Nimah lives in Hamilton with her husband. She values community engagement through volunteer work for non-profit organizations, such as the New Jersey League of Conservation Voters. During her personal time she runs a small business and enjoys creative endeavors such as Arabic calligraphy and Islamic art.
