Maria M. Tyrrell

Maria M. Tyrrell specializes in the real estate and franchise practice areas. She plays a key role in reviewing title commitments and surveys, coordinating revisions with title companies and surveyors, and drafting and responding to title objection notices, as well as preparing closing documents. Additionally, she assists in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, developing action plans and preparing closing checklists. Her expertise also extends to drafting and tracking franchise agreements and related ancillary franchise documents, as well as assisting with franchise registrations. Prior to joining Hyland Levin Shapiro, Maria worked for a regional title company.

Maria earned her undergraduate degree in multidisciplinary studies from Rutgers University–Camden in 2019, graduating magna cum laude. She was an integral part of the university community, serving as Vice President of the inaugural circle of Omicron Delta Kappa at Rutgers’ Camden campus. A native of Haddon Township, New Jersey, Maria enjoys hiking, kayaking and weight training.
