Dennis has litigated a variety of complex commercial real estate matters, with a focus on prerogative writs cases. Dennis has been appointed by the courts to serve as a commissioner in several eminent domain matters relating to condemnation and has also acted as assistant solicitor to a New Jersey municipality. Dennis is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Dennis serves as a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association, and previously led its Young Lawyers Division as Chair. Dennis also serves on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District I Ethics Committee, and on the Atlantic County Criminal Justice Advisory Board.

Prior to entering private practice, Dennis clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Blee, Assignment Judge of Vicinage I in the Superior Court of New Jersey.  Before that, Dennis served as a judicial extern in the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon, Associate Justice, and as a judicial intern in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Dennis earned his undergraduate degree at The College of New Jersey (B.A., 2019) and received his law degree from Widener University, Delaware Law School (J.D., cum laude 2022).  At law school, Dennis was the External Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, a Dean’s Select Merit Scholar, and recipient of the Outstanding Student Service Award.

In his spare time, Dennis enjoys volunteering, rowing, and going to the beach—where once upon a time he worked in ocean rescue on the Atlantic City Beach Patrol.
