We are “in the trenches” with our associations every step of the way. Our firm analyzes whether the developer and contractors complied with their obligations with respect to construction, establishment of reserves and assessments. We aggressively pursue claims to address construction defects and related damages and, if appropriate, develop creative solutions to resolve the claims.
