On September 10, Partner David Dahan and Associates Beau Wilson and Basia Peragine (pending Bar admission) recently attended the Community Association Institute (CAI) Keystone Chapter’s New Jersey Regional Council Legal and Legislative Symposium.
David had the pleasure of serving as a member of the Council. The event featured in-depth presentations and discussions on legislative updates as well as developing case law on key issues impacting New Jersey’s common-interest communities.
