On February 12, Partner David Dahan, Counsel David Skand, and Associate Zachary Friedman attended the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter’s New Jersey Winter Education Symposium. The event focused on New Jersey’s evolving structural integrity and reserves law as it applies to condominium associations.
Organized by the Chapter’s New Jersey Regional Council, the Symposium provided attendees with valuable insights into inspection requirements, reserve funding obligations, and compliance strategies aimed at safeguarding their communities. David Dahan has had the privilege of serving as a long-time member of this Council.
Our firm boasts a strong team of attorneys dedicated to providing governance and litigation services for community and condominium associations throughout New Jersey. A significant portion of David Dahan’s practice centers on transition and construction defect matters, where he has successfully resolved numerous cases, including the recovery of legal and expert fees for a variety of community and condominium associations.
