Hyland Levin LLP Represents Pantzer Properties in Apartment Deal

MARLTON, NJ – Attorneys at Hyland Levin LLP represented Pantzer Properties recently in the acquisition financing for an apartment building in the Mid-Atlantic region. Pantzer owns other properties in the area and this addition is part of the firm’s expansion in the region.

On September 27, Pantzer purchased Haverhill Apartments, which will be called The Point at Park Station. It is a 350-unit property located in Manassas Park, Prince William County, Virginia, with prices ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 per unit, according to Globe St.com.

A fund sponsored by CBRE Global Investors sold the property. Freddie Mac financing was obtained by Pantzer. Jason Pantzer, co-president of Pantzer told GlobeSt.com that his company has “targeted the market as an area for growth for us.”

“Hyland Levin LLP highly values its relationship with Pantzer Properties and has represented its affiliates in connection with multifamily purchases, sales and financings, including in New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and New York,” said Hyland Levin Partner Mark Shapiro. Shapiro and Partner Lauren Beetle represented Pantzer in this transaction.
