Shapiro Speaks at ABA Forum on Franchising
Hyland Levin Partner, Mark D. Shapiro, recently co-presented a program at the 41st Annual ABA Forum on Franchising in Nashville, TN on the topic of “The Intersection of Franchise and Real Estate Law”. The ABA Forum hosts an annual three-day conference, with over 800 attendees, featuring unparalleled education programs and collegial social events. Mark’s session included discussion of:
