Hyland Levin is pleased to announce that attorney Megan Knowlton Balne has been selected as a 2016 New Leader of the Bar. This New Jersey Law Journal award is given to lawyers who have not only built successful careers but who also have established themselves as leaders within their firms, as well as within the larger legal community. This year, the 47 attorneys who received the award were selected by a seven-member panel comprised of evaluators from all corners of the legal profession throughout New Jersey. Ms. Balne and the other winning attorneys will receive their awards at an event on June 15th.
Congratulations to our Partner, Richard M. Hluchan, who has been elected the next President of Georgetown University Alumni Association. As President, Rich will assume a leadership role over the 170,000 Georgetown alumni around the globe. Rich graduated from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service in 1971, is a longtime leader of the Georgetown Club of Southern New Jersey, and has served on the Board of Governors of the alumni association since 2003.
On Saturday evening, April 16th, Hyland Levin’s William F. Hyland, Jr., and David R. Dahan and his wife, Allyson, attended the JDRF Gala at the Westin in Mount Laurel. JDRF is the leading Diabetes foundation funding Type 1 Diabetes.
On Thursday, April 14th, Hyland Levin Attorneys David R. Dahan and Megan Knowlton Balne, along with Director of Professional Development, Julie H. Ketover, participated in the CAI Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter’s Annual Conference and Expo at the Convention Center in Philadelphia. The Conference draws property managers, board members and vendors from the area.
