Hyland Levin is pleased to announce the opening of its Philadelphia office at 1524 Locust Street. Benjamin A. Levin, Managing Partner of Hyland Levin, said: “Having a foothold in Philadelphia will enable Hyland Levin to better serve our existing clients, appeal to a broader base of potential new clients and facilitate our lateral hiring goals. HL’s Real Estate Group has completed a number of significant multi-family apartment transactions over the last several years in Philadelphia on behalf of investors and lending institutions and we believe that a greater physical presence in the City is increasingly important. In addition, many of our business and estate planning clients, who live in Philadelphia and its Pennsylvania suburbs, will find it more convenient to meet with us in Philadelphia.”
David Dahan and other members of CAI's New Jersey Regional Council attended CAI's charity bowling tournament at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade. David co-chaired the event. He reported that it was a tremendous success, and a significant amount of money was raised for the Ronald McDonald House.
