Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Sixteen attorney law firm is seeking a Legal (Real Estate) Administrative Assistant with at least five years’ experience. Responsibilities include preparation and editing/formatting of documents; assistance with closings and preparation of closing binders; working with document management systems and organizing and maintaining files and contacts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a strong sense of time management, the ability to be a team player and be willing to learn new programs as needed. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office, preferably 2016, with strong Word skills. Candidate should have experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat or PDFdocs and creating and editing org charts using PowerPoint.
