We are experienced in processing every type of immigration benefits filings, including all areas covered under employment or family based sponsorships Such types of filing include, but are not limited to, PERM/Labor certification; EB-1 and National Interest Waiver; EB-5 Investors; and Nonimmigrant petitions, including employment-based petitions such as an H or L visa, E visa, O, P Q and R visas A large number of our clients are healthcare facilities, and we process Schedule A petitions for nurses and healthcare professionals on their behalf.

We are also experienced in all family-based sponsorships, including marriage cases, abused spouses (VAWA), and step-children, adopted children and orphan petitions. We can assist with naturalization and citizenship petitions, including preservation of status for naturalization benefits due to employment relocation.

Corporate Compliance

We regularly assist employers regarding compliance and investigations involving U.S. immigration laws, including the following: Corporate I-9 training and internal I-9 audits; procedures and responses to no-match letters from the Social Security Administration; advice concerning various database verification programs including the E-Verify Program or the SSA's Social Security Number Verification Service Other services include strategies to respond to law enforcement, government inspections, inquiries about identity, I-9s, subpoenas or raids and providing guidance regarding compliance with state immigration laws and regulations.

Corporate restructuring may require contract and due diligence considerations regarding immigration compliance and we are able to provide strategies to respond and defend against unlawful hiring, IRCA violations, civil penalties, and criminal charges.
