We also are experienced in handling enforcement and penalty proceedings and permit appeals before administrative law judges.

Our practice covers many government agencies, especially the Department of Environmental Protection, Pinelands Commission, State Planning Commission, Council on Affordable Housing, Department of Community Affairs, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, County Construction Boards of Appeal and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
